The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen and full bed, a 42" HD Roku TV, and matching charging accommodations — perfect for families or groups. Additional sleeping is available in the living area via a plush queen pull-out sofa bed. Each bedroom is further appointed with a dedicated luggage bench and hanging space, ensuring an effortlessly organized and comfortable stay. Both beautifully appointed bathrooms feature walk-in showers, stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, 8 towels/wash cloths, bathmat, blow dryer, countertop hot iron mat, — because the little details matter. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all-new appliances and a signature Keurig Duo coffee nook, offering the flexibility of single-serve pods or a freshly brewed full pot. We provide coffee essentials including filters, pods, creamers, and sugars to start every morning on the right note. To further ease your transition into vacation mode, the kitchen is stocked with a starter set of dishwasher tablets, dish soap, a sponge, and a selection of garbage bags — everything you need to settle in effortlessly from day one. The elegant dining area and bar top accommodate all 8 guests comfortably — perfect for enjoying meals together and creating those cherished shared moments. For added convenience, the condo is equipped with a compact in-unit washer and dryer, along with complimentary washing tablets to get your laundry started — because a seamless, comfortable stay is always our priority. All necessary grilling utensils are conveniently provided inside the condo. Four guest beach chairs, four classic blue and white striped beach towels, and a selection of beach toys are provided for your enjoyment, if needed. Additionally, guests staying between April and August will receive a set of 2 complimentary beach chair and an umbrella setup, professionally arranged by our beach service team. A personalized link will be provided to coordinate your setup and explore optional upgrades at your leisure — at no additional base cost. Please note that two closets on the property are reserved for owner and housekeeping use, thoughtfully maintained and locked to ensure every guest enjoys a consistently exceptional experience. Important Note Regarding Unit 801A Please note that The Summerhouse front desk staff are not affiliated with, nor responsible for, the management or housekeeping of Unit 801A. Our unit is independently and personally self-managed by the owners. Should any questions, concerns, or needs arise during your stay, we kindly ask that all communication be directed to us promptly and exclusively through the booking platform. We are attentive and dedicated hosts and will respond swiftly to ensure your stay remains nothing short of exceptional. General Renters will be required to read and sign a Vacation Rental Agreement and provide a security deposit within 1hr of booking the condo. Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older and must be occupant of the unit. Maximum occupancy is to be respected at all times, no exceptions Only registered guests are permitted on the property Summerhouse charges a $36 fee upon arrival at the front desk as a registration fee to receive wristbands and parking passes. They will not allow me to charge this to my unit fees. Please be prepared to check in upon arrival and pay fee separately. Pets While we are animal lovers at heart, pets are not permitted on the property in accordance with HOA regulations. We gladly welcome ADA-registered service animals with prior written approval. Please note service animals are required to be with guest at all times and are never allowed to be left in the unit alone. Guests found in violation of this policy will be subject to a $250 fine and potential immediate eviction from the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring this policy. Condo Care Wet swimwear, towels and beach attire should be hung on provided hooks (located in the bathrooms, or on balcony) Please keep upholstered furnishings dry, free from sunscreen oils and lotions as well as sand-free All beach and water equipment should be thoroughly rinsed and properly stored after each use Any maintenance concerns should be reported promptly so we may address them swiftly This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property, including all interior spaces and the private balcony. For your convenience, designated covered smoking areas are available on the premises, located adjacent to Buildings B and C Beach & Outdoor We kindly ask that all guests rinse off at the outdoor shower prior to entering the condo to keep our beautifully appointed space sand-free Linens, towels, and bedding are to remain inside the condo at all times Please leave the beach as pristine as you found it — pack out all belongings and dispose of waste responsibly Open flames and bonfires are strictly prohibited without the appropriate local permits Noise & Neighbors In consideration of our neighbors, quiet hours are observed daily between 10PM and 8AM Please enjoy the balcony mindfully — music and gatherings should remain at a courteous volume after hours Safety For your wellbeing, we ask that guests refrain from swimming alone or during posted beach advisories Children must be supervised near the water at all times Life jackets are strongly encouraged for non-swimmers

Driftwood Days requires a signed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit equal to two nights' stay to be completed within one hour of booking. These two simple steps are what officially confirm your reservation and ensure your dates are held. Reservations that remain incomplete after this window may be canceled by the host, and access codes will not be provided until both have been received. We've kept the process straightforward so you can check it off quickly and start counting down to your arrival. Driftwood Days welcomes longer stays from November through February — ideal for those seeking a warm coastal escape for the season.
